Most of us learned here outside sa studio and out of schools and seminars. Out of the manual lang ang trial and error. then We go with a group to learn faster. Collective effort ba. Also it makes the learning more fun and interesting for you. Or shoot something your not comfy shooting para mas madevelop ka.

most off all, shoot more and spend less.=p ayaw sa palit ug gamit na dili nimo magamit.=-p Gasto KAU NING BISYUHA!!!

step #1: buy gears, the best you can afford (cam, lens, flash, tripod and ect).. ayaw mag tinihik

step #2: know your camera... read the manual... sabti ang tanan nga function

step #3: know the basic and beyond.. apil2x ug workshop if naa.. if wa ka sure pagnita.a ang name sa speaker and research about them.. if you like their work.. at this point ayaw lang sah tuga2x ug shoot professionally.. absorb sah what you learn and practice it.. walai mahal na workshop kay what you get is forever... at this some noob usually mo try ug shoot2x "professionally" and 90% palpak kay for what ever reason or unsa then they blame their gears dayon or use photoshop to fix their photos..

step #4: learn the ropes, learning the basic is good pero if gusto gud ka ma professional magita ug professional, then if okay rah nila volunteer mag assist(bahala free).. ayaw ka shock if di mo shoot and mag tabang2x lang ka sa lights, sugo2x.on ra mo or unsa... shooting professionally is a whole new level... remember lang then after dili nah busy try asking those things na wala kaayo imu nah sabtan.. at this point naa ka confidence to shoot small events or unsa...

step #5: build portfolio by this time naa nah tingali ka ug niche or unsa nah imu gusto i.sudlan sa photography.. pwede pud ka mo invest ug specialized lens or equipments

step #6: marketing... mao ni ang pina ka importante sa mga professional photogs.. if wai marketing how would people book you di buh? hehe..

step #7: bring it all together, this is it! you market yourself para ka kuha ka ug clients with your portfolio... with the training from the pro kahibaw ka asa mo kuha sa right moment at the right time.. with the basics imu nah learn from the workshops and knowing how your camera works.. and kahibaw ka with your cam na like rexona that won't let you down

    good luck

    bitaw ui.

Try and see first that you enjoy what your doing instead of pressuring yourself of getting that perfect shot---PHOTOGRAPHY should give you PLEASURE not PRESSURE!

INSPIRATION is always the key (sounds mushy huh? hehe)

Never be preoccupied of thinking you have the lesser camera, gear, or equipment as compared to others
Be emotional rather than technical, photography is art captured at that certain moment (but never buy those crap telling its artform after its heavily photoshopped coz its just an excuse for touching up a lousy shot)

As much as possible try and make photography a personal and intimate affair. And as much as possible try avoid certain camera clubs with members only want to flash around their expensive gears (nevermind the shot)

Never consider or treat photography as a fad, "usu2x" or "in" thing

    ENJOY ENJOY ENJOY ENJOY!!!
