Although my example may be incorrect because he is a professional, I'm basically pointing out the danger of lifting very heavy weights. If this happened to a pro, what more to noobs like me. I forgot na which thread I posted it but I already seen one gym-goer who got injured. I didn't see what happened to him (he was blaming the equipment, not sure if the CCTV captured the accident).
