dili, i'm an undergrad man, been to a call center for almost 9 months. Ang naa sa ad ky "Must have completed at least 2 years of college, Must have excellent English communication skills, Must have very good interpersonal skills" nya wa man sd sila ni mention ug specific course so ni-try ko ug pass.
