@inc-pankz: No. If you're not doing any resistance training, then you can forego eating meat at night but you need to eat some cereals/oatmeal with fruits/veggies. Of course, low-fat milk would be nice. Your body needs sufficient nutrition. Some would argue that you would definitely lose weight by drinking only milk and eating biscuits at night daily but you'd be also endangering your health.

And fruits and veggies. The key is to eat complex carbohydrates so you don't feel hungry all the time. Just Google for examples but one good example I can give you right now is pasta. Murag hadlok kaon spag kay mabusog ka kumpara pandesal or white bread but that's the point. But only eat pasta during lunch kay di naman ka active during evening (unless you're a graveyard shiftee, then bali dapat, imo dinner mahimo breakfast, imo after four hours mahimo lunch, then inig uli dinner).![]()

Nag buy nalang kog supplement which is ang ON 100% whey protein kay i know moderate ra ang protein nga akong gi ntake. Then I add some plate sad sa akong dumbbell, 20 lbs each na.. then akong barbell kay akong sang gi modify, grabe perti nang bug.ata mga 90 lbs na guro to kay dili naman ko kadaog kung mag perform kog CURLS, need to used my body para lang madaog. Do you think this will really cause muscle trauma na?
By the way nganhi nako gi nsert akong pag take sa whey protein.
