chicago might not let loul deng go [1] he's their most consistent scorer. [2] chicago is loaded with talented guards, they could give one up for a quality big man like gasol.. ben gordon and pj brown are the players that crossed my mind.

Pau deal

The Chicago Bulls did good in acquiring Ben Wallace, but that means they're gonna have to change their tempo in the game because they're remixing the formula in their line-up chemistry. Having Pau Gasol in their line-up will need them to change their chemistry and it might need another year for them to mesh.

Ben and Pau are gonna change the Bulls' future, but they're gonna have to sacrifice something for the young core of players around them. It's a risk but I think it's worth a shot.

My trade proposal would be: [b]PJ Brown (expiring contract) + Ben Gordon for Pau Gasol.

Kidd to LA?

If Nets GM Rod Thorn would want to get something out of this Jason Kidd lottery, I don't think the Lakers have the pieces to fill Thorn's appetite. I don't think Thorn is that stupid enough to take that package the Lakers offered to get one of the greatest point guards in the NBA. Lakers would be title contenders if they pull this one out, and the Nets are going to shop around for a legitimate player in a year or two to get a shot in getting back in the playoff race.

Trade proposal: Odom+Mihm+Farmar for Jason Kidd (if the Lakers really want to get Kidd)

Vince Carter

Max money needed for the Nets to resign him. Under the cap teams will most likely get a shot at him. So teams like Orlando, Atlanta, Charlotte and others gunning for him won't be a surprise. Orlando is rumored to be interested.
