Newbie Help: DSLR Cam with Macro Lens and RingFlash

OK I need some advice on this. I'm planning to buy a DSLR Cam with MACRO Lens and Ring Flash
Total Newbie here so looking for help on how much the average price of these different parts are.
Oh yea try to use entry level stuff if possible nothing like too elite and fancy

I have almost no clue when it comes to cameras its really not my forte so hoping for any expert advice.

Macro lens is for really close up shots like Face/Nose/Eyes/Lips.
Ring Flash so it flashes evenly forward and washes away the lines on the face.
I could be very very wrong but yea.

If you want a cheap camera body, i would reccomend the canon 600D. Canon also provides a 50mm macro lens which should cost you around 18-25k depends where you get it, the macro flashes are around 10-30@k depending on the brand and where you get it. Id reccommend macys camera shop in as fortuna.
