*shared CR/Bathroom is okay basta the room is big to accommodate my things.

Allows cooking
Pwedi tauran og internet

One month advance and deposit
I need to transfer before August 12
I can deposit/down asap if I like the place


No to:
Far places( lets stick within range please)
no submeter ( unless arrangement is done with owners)
Noisy /crowded surrounding.
Far from main road
Flood prone area
Pest infested
