Waterproof/Underwater Camera

Hi, which one of these is a better underwater/waterproof camera: Olympus TG-820 12MP Digital Camera or Canon PowerShot D20 12.1MP Outdoor Camera? I'm planning to use it for snorkeling and, hopefully, scuba diving. Both can go to a depth of 33ft, is that even enough? For snorkeling, maybe. Haha. Thanks!

both camera models works fine with SNORKELING..but i believe both will not be GOOD enough for recreational scuba diving (average depth 18-20 meters or 60-70 feet) in general..though Discover Scuba Program (intro) is an exemption with max depth of 12 meters (36-38ft)..most shock proof/water proof/outdoor digicams without a REINFORCED CASING just end up flooded or button stucked underwater if you bring them down to its maximum depth limit like you just mentioned..should you wish to have to be a certified recreational diver soon, the camera you mentioned would not be the BEST choice..hope that helps..
