Mga CRC bros for those who are planning to renew their DL at SM here is the general information you might need.

LTO Renewal Center – SM Cebu (2nd Flr)

Requirement: You need to bring your old DL.
You can renew your DL (60) days prior to the expiry date.
LTO Office Hours: 10:00AM - 6:00PM (No Noon Break)
The whole processing would take around 2hrs. You'll start at 10AM and likely to get the new DL at 12PM.

Here are the steps in processing:

1. Go to HLO just beside LTO and head straight to the cashier to have your Drug test and Medical exam payment (surrender your old DL to the cashier).
2. You are going to pay 400 Pesos for Drug test(300Php) and Medical exam(100Php).
3. The cashier will give you the forms so you need to write down the needed information’s.
4. After signing the forms, submit it to the counter next to the cashier, they will give you the priority number and you may proceed to the line going to rest room to take your urine.
5. After submitting your urine, you’ll need to wait until your priority number will be called, once your name is called, proceed to biometrics and photo taking. Afterwards, you will receive the drug test result and endorsed for medical exam. So, you will have to wait again until your priority number will be called.
6. Medical exam basically will just get your weight, height, vision test and quick medical history interview by the doctor. After the exam you will be endorsed to the guard to sign their logbook.
7. The guard will guide you to the LTO CSR (customer service representative) to have a form, after having the form write down the information’s needed. Then submit it back to the CSR.
8. CSR will review your form then will guide you to submit the form to Window 2.
9. You’ll need to wait again until your name will be called.
10. Once your name will be called please proceed to Window 2 to have your photo taken and sign the electronic board subsequently.
11. Wait for about a minute. Your name will be called and proceed to the Cashier and pay (414 Pesos).
12. Wait for about a minute again for the last time. Your name will be called and proceed to the Releasing Window and Viola! You may now get your new DL and please don’t forget to sign their logbook.
