i also grew up with a broken family..mom and dad separated when i was 13 years old..what i can say is i learned to understand all it is about life and marriage.. now my kids are also in my position before...its hard i know but i think this will make them understand too what i have been through and now inspite of the shortcomings,im still trying to become a father and a mother to them even if im far away..

ive been through many circumstances of being alone but through this God mold me and make me strong..its not easy of being alone.but God made me happy..my parents left me when i was 7 months old..growing in a very poor lifestyle almost died of infections my whole body was full with wounds all over it when i was 2 years because lack of nutritions kay wala man ko katilaw ug breastfeed or bisan unsa milk i only survive sa toasted bread nga e melt sa water nya ipakaon sa ako lola..but by God's grace iya ko gibuhi because of his great plans for me..and now God has blessed me so much living with my complete family my wife and my three little princeses.....

i came from a broken family, dli sayon nga kinabuhi. it came to point nga masuya ko sku mga classmates kay nig ka family day namo sa school completo cla nya ako ako ra kuya ako kuyog. everynight magcge ko pray nga magkauli ako parents. i really needed attention at that time pero wla man cla, maong rebellious ko atong mga panahona, molayas ko evrytym way au sa amo. magcge lng inom.. until i had a baby, karon pa nku na realize nga dli ko gusto maagi.an sku baby ang ako na.agian. mao karon i and my hubby tried our best nga matarong amo kinabuhi og sa amo baby..

I grow up without a Father. My Lolo and Lola were the one who supported me through thick & thin.. They were the one who finance my studies until I finished my 4 year degree. Honestly, until this very moment of time na nag type ko karon sa kani na thread, I STILL DONT KNOW WHO MY FATHER IS.. And Im not sure na MANHID naba ko or what coz I dont find way to look for him or to ask my Mother about him. For me, its USELESS, ITS NONSENSE... Not a big deal somehow! My friends actually keep on telling me that I should ask about my father if who he is.. What he is.. But i dont mind it. Maybe MANHID nako coz I dont need him

One time, it came to the point that I confidently asked my LOLA about my father, She told me some informations... But Im not interested. Just for the sake of my curiosity lang pud. Pero I dont mind it at all. Maybe someday og kong magka bangga mi aw ok lang!

ingani ko karon tungod sa pagka broken family. Bato and manhid na sa feelings when it comes to loneliness. Practical tanana disisyon. Im thanksful to my past kay ni survive gyud ko sa life bisag daghan problem.

i think i have become a strong person and fully independent. OK nlng as I have no choice about being in a broken family. it's not like I had the power to choose to be in this situation or not and to let my parents stay together even if the situation was no longer healthy for them and I am not someone in authority to hinder them to be in their happy lives.

even up to now, I still envy people who grew up in a complete sheltered family since, they have a "home" to go home to when times get rough. the "what if's and what could have been" still play around my mind.
