You're diet is pretty solid. High carb,low fat and moderate protein approach. You are trying to build muscle right? If yes, then you are in the right track.
Supplementing Whey protein is not necessary. If you are able to reach your protein requirements without whey protein then you definitely don't need them. If mag plano kag whey niya undangon nimo kalit in the future.. Make sure you are able to compensate for the loss of protein intake from supplements. You have to maintain calorie and protein intake once you start building muscle.
If you find protein supplements expensive... Here are other sources you can get protein from. Tuna, chicken breast, sardines, egg or milk.
