night shift pud ko sauna, ang time nga kapoi gyd kau kanang ting bangon sa gabi.e para maligo, (damn i hate my alarm ringtone that time)..
all i can advice you is ayaw kau inom softdrinks, drink more water, den nig ka buntag kaon gyd daan before matulog, aw depende if unsa pud orasa ka mo out sa buntag ako sauna tag alas 6 man to sa buntag...
like what others say, get involve in some kind of exercise, mas nindot sports, or you can also join groups who rode their bikes (folding bike) at night, daghan na cla.
Vitamins pre, pampalagsik, and its better to take a nap rather than coffee, naka basa ko ana sa readers digest.
And get in a good relationship is the healthiest way of all.. ( you know na the exercise thing )
Wa pa diay na anad imong lawas bisag 5 years na TS? Parehas anang adto kag lain country. Mo agi kag jet lag nya mo adapt dayon slowly imong lawas kai lain ug time.

pag uyab2x sad (kanang opposite s3x hap)...
kaon buwad ni superidol...
chat2x diri aron "in" ka...
dili mag emo2x...
