With regards to the "baha" problem sa mandaue, nag tuo ka ing ana na ka dali? In general, Mandaue is not the only place where the Baha issue is a problem. Mapa talisay, cebu, talamban. Wa ka ni ask ngano daghan baha sa mandaue? That's because loooooooooong before the administration of Cortes was in service existing na ang mga structures that prompted floods in the area. Kay ang city planning and engineering sa una BOLAY-OG basta kay tukod ra ug tukod. These are inherited problems, and YES Cortes is actually doing something about it.
