gara lang jud tong pulis. pa respeto sa iyang katungdanan. kung dili pa cya arogante why wouldnt he give way? mu give way gani ta ug sakyanan ga hazzard sa atong luyo kay first huna huna nato basin naa ni emergency. unsa man pud ma wala kung ni give way lang jud cya.

mangutana lang ko beh, kitang tanan dire naa ba tay sakyanan? kay kung naa lang jud road courtesy ang tao mu give way jud na without even knowing kinsa nang convoy diha. like i mentioned earlier, when im driving dili nako mag hasol hasol pa to know kinsa nang nag hazard diha or ga convoy, walay mawala nako kung mu give way lang ko.

@aerlo my only guess nganong wa sya nigamit sa iyang wang2 is para dili matarget sa mga Anti (knowing he said it sa iyang SONA). PSG has no choice but to protect the president bisan unsa pa ang iyang mando og desisyon. That is their Job & that is what they are expected to do. I must say, murag kuwang sa training ni atong PSG.

THERE WAS NO CONFUSION TO BEGIN WITH. It was merely an alibi of that stupid police kay wala na syay lusot. The fact of the matter is SPO10 willfully ignored and refused to obey when asked by the presidential convoy to stay out of the way. Gi taparan, gi senyasan ug gi badlong na sya sa duha ka lead motorcycle sa convoy. Again, kadtong mga kabisado sa manila, imagine the incident started in the vicinity of Ever Gotesco Commonwealth until they reached Sandiganbayan which is almost 1.7 kms! Siguro you will understand and comprehend what i'm saying if you guys are car owners like me.

I'm just a civilian, pero it's a no-brainer i can always identify a lead motorcycle escort of the PNP. Imagine driving a car then two pnp motorcycles will appear on the left and right side of your car with all the horns and hand signals, and its second nature for drivers to glance at the rear view mirror, lo and behold, you see a throng of Black Nissan Patrols nag busina pa sa imo with their headlights flashing, i mean common sense naman lang unta ni. or maybe people here just wanna play stupid?

Maski unsaon ninyo ug attempt to put the blame on lacierda, abnoy, no wang wang policy, o sa PSG, wala gihapon lusot inyong idol nga SPO10. Dili ang wang wang policy ang problema kundi ang abusadong pulis ug wala nay lain.

reminds me of JFK and his choice not to put up the bubble-top on his Lincoln continental. Because he wanted to be felt with the people.

@amingb: will you still block the convoy if Pres Obama is at your back?

I'm not taking away any of the blame from Pascua. I'm saying if it hadn't been a stubborn and abusive police officer who impeded the convoy, but instead a crazed assailant--things could have turned out really ugly, really fast. That car could have been rigged up the rim with explosives, could have been a decoy, could have been anything. If you had sirens and someone came up that close or impeded the route, PSG is given an imperative (or at least just cause) to use necessary force, but since wala--they have to second guess. Fortunately this time, it was just a boorish police officer. Think of it as a a retrospect. I'm through with the blaming game, bro.

review the policy, save the security detail the hassle. It's already a tough job as it is, why make it any harder?

mao..but unsaon taman, he is the president. He can decide for himself man kung unsa nga butang iyang ipabuhat sa PSG niya. PSG would only suggest, but wa silay power over the president. wa jud ta kabalo unsay nagtuyok sa ilang utok. Di man ta ka file of impeachment tungod lang kay wa sya nigamit og wang2 & iyang gisugal iyang kinabuhi sa iyang gibarugan.

could haves and would haves but this wasnt the case. it was just a case of an arrogant officer throwing his weight around but only incriminating himself at the end.
