NoKor has the largest active duty soldier per capita, and budget per capita for their military... But PRC has a far greater standing Army than DPRK by personnel.

aside from outside-the-country procurement, they've been making their own hardware. Now I don't know how they'd fare with the top-of-the-line counterparts, but that says a lot about their capacity as a country and military force.

they have higher military budgets.. but they lacked food and public sanitation for the people.. ill give you hints. pakistan and the philippines has roughly the same GDP, so why does pakistan more capable and obviously more hardware than ours thats what we called military spending, our armed forces cant spend higher than education.

Great progress really including their space program. The good thing is that they're interested having closer ties with the Philippines.

We're talking about India, not Pakistan. Both countries spend about 2.5% of their GDP on defense. And 2.5% GDP in India is far greater than 2.5% in Pakistan. Even if India were to match our budget spending (0.8% GDP), They would still outspend Pakistan's budget of 2.5% GDP.

Thus India definitely has the capacity.

Both have a former soviet aircraft carrier which are in sea trials right now.
