kung ako, i would probably do the following:

- check temps (basin overheating)
- check CPU/RAM utilization (basin something is eating up your resources)
-->> if ok ra ni, proceed ko below...
- disk clean up (in my case i use tuneup utilities)
- scan for viruses/malwares
- reboot...
-->> if mao ra gihapon, mag reformat nako og dili nako mag labad2x
-->> kung mao ra gihapon after reformat, i will run diagnostics for RAM and HDD...
-->> kung mao ra gihapon, ilis computer...

check your hard drive for possible bad sectors..... maglisod gani basa sa data imong hard drive, maka cause jud na ug lag sa imong PC labi na if ang OS nga partition ang na apektohan. try lang, naay mga freeware hd diagnostic tools ni uncle google.

last resort nanang reformat.. gamiti og ccleaner then scan for malwares and viruses nga maka pa trigger og lag sa imo pc. I check sad daw ok ba inyo internet connection basin na tymingan ka nga lag to nga time nag browse2x ka. Then sa hard disk pud ang uban kung dugay na daghan nag bad sectors then mag tingog2x pajud.
