Ask lang ko if akong routine sakto ba base sa akong purpose:
height nako kay 5' 41/2"
weight kay 131 lbs
Purpose kay pa porma2 lang gamay then pa cut
Im just doing it at home and im using the following:
1 pair of dumbbells 10 lbs each
barbell nako kay mga 30 lbs man guro to kay home made raman to. hehe
Then may workout routine kay:
Mon/Wed/Fri - Compound workout - 45-60 min
Sun - Jogging at abellana - 30-40 min
Then my diet routine kay:
Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun:
breakfast - 1 glass of milk, 2 slice of wheat bread with peanut butter, 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, 1 banana
lunch - either chicken/meat/tuna pair with 2 slice of wheat bread then 1 banan
dinner - either chicken/meat/tuna pair with 2 slice then 1 glass of milk
midnight snack - oat meal, 1 glass of milk then 1 banana
Tues/Thurs/Sat:
Almost the same ra sa above pero pulihan nako ang wheat bread og camote
- Im doing the workout for almost 1 month na pero unya pag timbang nako karon kay 131 lbs nako, pero sa nag sugod ko kay wala nako na timbang akong self pero feel nako ning gaan ko. ang diet kay mga 1 week pa kay ako rang gi hinay2 og adjust/shift na to ellimate white rice and change with other with carbo but healthy foods.
Please advise if naa bakoy e add or e tang2 base sa akong purpose. Im planning to add a supplement cguro whey protein kay murag kuwang ra akong protein intake. Thanks and more power!
og unsa nga brand sa whey protein ang maau? I mean mas effective?
then if mu porma2 na kay pwede ba undangon na ang pag gamit ani nga supplement? Mahal mangud cguro ni. hehehe..

IMHO, gaan ra kaau imong weights. Remember, you need to cause muscle trauma in order to stimulate muscle growth. You can't keep using the same weight for a month. You need to keep pushing yourself to the limit in order to keep rebuilding stronger muscle fibers.
You're diet is pretty solid. High carb,low fat and moderate protein approach. You are trying to build muscle right? If yes, then you are in the right track.
Supplementing Whey protein is not necessary. If you are able to reach your protein requirements without whey protein then you definitely don't need them. If mag plano kag whey niya undangon nimo kalit in the future.. Make sure you are able to compensate for the loss of protein intake from supplements. You have to maintain calorie and protein intake once you start building muscle.
If you find protein supplements expensive... Here are other sources you can get protein from. Tuna, chicken breast, sardines, egg or milk.
