i have friends who works at qulafon.. they've been there for almost 2-3 years already they had their ups and downs with the company but they stick to the company until now.. i have also friends who works at cvg, stream and etc. same complaints.. i think that there is NO PERFECT company... if you hop from one call center to another it would 1.) hassle sa imo part cge apply2x 2.) back to basics na sad ka 3.) adjust to a new environment 4.) bad sa imo professional track record and etc.
For those who previously worked with qualfon ako pa inyo noh kanang inyong g.pang reklamo inyo na nang g.reklamo sa mga authorities human na tana tanan issue.. the problem is tapulan ta mo complain and pag maka hunat na mo reklamo dayun sa mga blogs mga kapait sa pinoy.. im no against employees ha kay ako sad emplyedo ra sad ko.... ang ako lang ba let's be civil sad... it would be unfair also in behalf sa qualfon which in truth naka kwarta pud baya ta sa ila in any other ways.. just my opinion ha...

Nireklamu njud mi sauna. naabot man gae ug dole. wa japuy nahitabo. hantod nag mass resignation nlng mi. tnuod man sad jud na wai au ang qualfon. ubos kaau ilang pag tan.aw anang companyaha hahahaha
although i get your point, i still would like to tell u why people complain and rant about things. yeah employees gained something from the company. but ethically and financially mejo dili na righteous/makatarungan ang uban nilang gibuhat. people deserve the proper treatment and approach they deserve for working hard for the company. if you keep on telling yourself and everyone that "ITS OK. I Understand" do u think they will ever change? management will just keep on doing things they like.
daghan na nireport sa dole/authorities im not sure if naay progress. u see, once mohawa naka sa company ganahan pa ka mokiha sa dole? if naa ka sa company ganahan ka mokiha sa dole? do u think positive feedback mareceive nimo sa mngt? so mao nang diri sa forums ra sila makapahungaw.
although sigeg balik2x ang issues nga giposts diri klaro kaayo na wala kaayo effort ang Q na moreach out or moresolve ang complaints. maayo ana tarungon og explain sa employees ang benefits og unsaon pag kwenta sa tax ngano dako ra kaayo. its given na wala jud nay klaro ang management lol but i hope dili pud ta bagag nawng na iignore ang complains against sa company kay mauwaw inyong agents if pangutan on asa nag work.bow!
kumusta na ang qualfon ? ? ? ?mingaw nako.. pero mas happy ko ron sa ako company.. hehehehe
