i think it's important that you should consider these comments seriously. Perhaps you could offer evaluation form so you would know and improve because I think you want a long term business and with the experiences nga ako na notice dire are almost the same as mine.

You can ask a survey sa mga people who into cooking or perhaps mga chef and have them evaluate your food so you will make some improvement. =)

I know every comment/suggestions are very important whether good or bad though almost all of the feedbacks that we're getting (here in istorya) 30 out of 2 including yours loved the way our Ribs tasted. Also from the ribs sales (100+ribs or 50kl+) a day we're having and to the point that we have to closed down everytime we ran out of ribs i guess it means that more people/customers loved how our ribs tastes. it means people/customers suggests that we stick to our recipes and serve our ribs the way they were (spicy/original).

Sorry sir but the feedback of those 30 people who commented here in istorya and to those people who ate at Surfin' Ribs twice a day or 2 a week or who didn't mind waiting in line for 30mins to just taste our Ribs are more important to us.

But then again we're very thankful for your time and for your concern. it really means to us. God bless

lol cRoSs_eYed_cYcloPs, d na man na mareach imo taste bai! ive been to surfin ribs a lot of times and dili man intawun na sosyal na gourmet resto oi! its home cooked ribs in a homey environment where guys like myself and maybe a lot of others like to tambay, drink some, talk loudly and get really FULL! hahaha. basin competensya ka then imo gipangitaan issue and ila ribs?

hehehe. let's just say i eat a lot. actually ako mga kuyog that time kay uban from newspapers sad who makes write up with resto's all over the philippines and same amo comment. like i said.. keep it up.. wa ko business ing-ani and no plans to make one. if there's one ribs nga lami nga nawala kay ang Q-stiq sa guadalupe. Basta for sure balik ko surfin' ribs mayta naa ang claw. Maybe naka-timing ra siguro ko ug ribs nga dili tender and di kaayo lami. I'll try one more time siguro and check if same ba. =)

Again.. i hope we have more businesses like this sa cebu. mao ingon ko UP UP UP UP! =)

comment na lang sad ko, kay at least active ang taga surfin' ribs.

ok ra man ila ribs, dagko ang serving.

ang nakapait lang atong nikaon mi kay ang ila leche flan. naa siya after taste, medyo lahi sad ang iya amoy.

pero dili siya pan-os ha, i think nasagol ra siya sa freezer/ref together with the fresh meat. mao na dili gyud maiwasan nga magsagol ang scent nila. fresh meat + leche flan

overall, ok ang lugar. pero sa pagbalik namu, dili na tingali mi mu order ug lecheflan. ü

thanks sir for the concern...our leche flan is actually from a third party supplier...i'll just report it to them because we're sure that it's not from our meat because as of now it's impossible for us to stock fresh meat sa freezer kay everyday mahutdan ang ribs and pata and we have separate freezer for pork/chicken and seafoods...we only put water, sodas, beer, butter and the leche flan sa chiller. though we'll still look into it and see if it's really from our chiller, also tell our leche flan supplier thanks for the comment and it will really help our serving and food preps Good day
