definitely not coz the bulls were much way better. They were more composed and more disciplined when it comes to playing style. And each of them really stood on there roles and responsibility. Like

Rodman - he does his share on the defense and rebounding category which he is good at.
Pippen - Defense and offense always steps up to contribute even when there are times nga bati iyang performance. And also if pip had a bad night he always try to contribute on the defense part.
Jordan - always be a good leader to them. Motivates and trust his teammates.

but let see how will this miami team will learn from there experiences and would get better.

Let's see after 5 - 6 years to clearly answer the question.. Although in paper, in my opinion, the Heat today are better than '96 Bulls. But of course, the bulls made a dynasty winning series of championships.. Pag nalampasan un ng Heat, then we can back up them being better..
