    Hi All,
    Some effective ways to lose weight are:
    Exercise, adopt some sport of do start any physical activity on regular basis. Break your meals in 6 small meals including snacks and add fruits and vegetables more in your meal plans. Drink more water than routine, start green tea and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda. Avoid eating before going to bed and sleep for 7/8 hours in a day.

    Yes you can lose weight in one week.

    (1) First, make a drastic change of eating habit.
    - yes, drastic. If you eat 3 full meals a day + 2 full snacks, not to mention midnight snacks, then do the foollowing diet:
    (Morning) Full meal like 1.5 cups of brown rice/wheat bread and vegetables egg or any meal combo.
    (Mid-morning) 1-2 pcs Wheat Biscuits / or anything fibrous and not so sweet, avoid starchy foods, 1.5 liters of water for half a day (consume it and another 1.5 L of water in the afternoon)
    (Lunch) 4 slices of wheat bread ilis ilis lang ka ug palaman, but ayaw tuyu-a nga mas daghan pang palaman kay sa bread. hahaha
    (Mid-aftie) anything non-starchy food and 1.5 L of water
    (Dinner) 2 slices of wheat bread + 500ml of water.

    Do it for a week. Anyway, a week diba? then do some cardio. You will burn approximately 800~1500 calories a day kung lakaw ug pasingot ka, so u need to take less than what you burn. Kanang akong gihatag na diet is only 500 calories approximately.

    1 hour of running is 800 calories burned. 3 hours of walking is approximately 1000 calories burned .

    Sleep early after having dinner. then do not eat anymore after that.

    Losing weight is not easy. SO try this discipline. (Kung kabantay ka, no meat akong diet plan, after a week, you are now ready to run 5km but that is another story.. )

    loosing weight within a week is like magic unless og magpasurgery ka or the non invasive way. pagdiet and exercise starting today and dili lang nimo mabantayan payat na diay ka hehehe no pain, no gain sweetheart.

    Pwede na siya bro, basta lang tarungon niya iyang diet plan. But if habhab gihapon. goodluck. But you are right at no pain, no gain. My version: If you are not feeling pain, You are not doing it right.
