Hagbay ra man diay unta nga nadismiss ning pulisa nganong nakabalik paman ni sa serbisyo. Aside sa post ni Romeojin (post # 33), naa pa diay o:

The Quezon City policeman who blocked the convoy of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III had been axed from the service eight years ago on charges of grave misconduct, the National Police Commission (Napolcom) revealed yesterday.

Napolcom Vice Chairman and Executive Officer Eduardo Escueta said they are investigating why SPO2 Ricardo Pascua remained in the Philippine National Police (PNP) despite a November 4, 2004, ruling of Napolcom-National Capital Region Regional Appellate Board (RAB) affirming his dismissal.

    ...

Napolcom records showed that Amelia Buenaventura-Peregrina filed a complaint of grave misconduct and robbery against Pascua, then a PO3, in 2001.
lol, pulis patola, kawatan, abusado, arogante, siga.

the arrogant policeman got fired for minor traffic altercation brought upon by the anti wang2x policy.

would it had been easy if he had use wang2x? anyway hes the president lmao. no wang2x but taffic sweepers

after my first post.. na cge na ko post here cause gi.quote ko (primarily si jack) to the point na stupidly branded me defender of the cop. the fact, i was also pointing out....

    1. the media aint misleading, they were banking on the Lacierda words. I posted a lot of links to support such. I dont know why people blaming media how many people mention his name here? should he be blame for this confusion?
    2. sacking is not a disciplinary action. Thats same as saying ... Put to death criminals rather than placing them in correctional facility; or disowning your own children rather than to discipline them. Either way you lose control of the undiscipline one.

In anyway i will try not to post here, all i see are self righteous excuses... like quoting someone from other forum.

My other point.. you shouldn't blame media, majority of them are just quoting Lacierda. Next time i should quote you from the start so you will see my point right away

sacking is not a disciplinary action?
so you are saying cops (not Pascua) who were dismissed/sacked from the service for whatever act the PNP deemed unbecoming of a policeman were not really disciplined but went unscratched?

    @Romeojin,

What the police did is just a minor traffic altercation? You kidding bro. Wala sya kaila ug presidential convoy? Also, Klayton already emphasize what really happened to the police but still you didn't get it and keep pointing out the penalty of being sacked, this stupid term.

How about when the entire PNP does not buy his alibi? What do you say?

HE will be given the due process he deserves but Senior Police Office 2 Ricardo Pascua, the Quezon City policeman who did not yield to the convoy of President Aquino last Tuesday, is really in deep trouble since the entire Philippine National police leadership is not buying his alibi.

maybe life lesson not disciplinary actions lmao, would you get penalized on your job eg relieve of duty, salary decrease etc when you had already quit or dismissed?

    another example..

imo anak badlungon.. gi palayas nimo instead of being spank to learn from his mistake. did you discipline him?

    simple analogy dodong.

i cant believe it. i just said dont "stupidly brand me defender of this arrogant cop" and yet heres another one ... reading is fundamental.

To make things a little simpler.

heres again my first post back in July 18

    My point ...

Does the arrogant, ignorant, hilas and palahubog cop deserve to be sacked (ACCORDING TO LACIERDA) on such a minor traffic offense, ignorantly blocking a 3 lane convoy on a congested Manila street as if its easy not to block such lol
    Should he be discipline rather?

I know things had been clarified people after July 18 (evident by their links), that he wasnt sacked and we should blame the media instead of Lacierda Still people want to quote me, to defend the ignorant policeman lmao.
