2. if i am not wrong sp02 naba iyang rank? unya ang pagtoo siguro niya kadtong mga motorcycle riding escorts (sweepers) kay kanang mga usual p01, p02 nga traffic enforcers. but perti siguro niyang paningot katong na realize nga convoy diay sa psg ug presidente oi.

but i think ma abswelto rani siya, ibalhin lang siguro ni siya sa basilan everybody makes mistakes di ba?

"ga adventure ko, kamo ga motorcycle ra mo.. " PO2 nko dugay nko sa serbesyo, kamo mga sweeper riders ramo.. "kevs" ninyo...

I don't get it. I thought that PeNoy does not use "wang wang" (siren) because he doesn't want special treatment in the streets. So why is he angry that this policeman did not give way to his "presidential convoy"? Isn't that supposed to be the case? By giving up his "wang wang", isn't he supposed to give up his "privileges" in using the roads of the land? If people are still expected to give way to his convoy, then what the bloody hell is the difference between having a "wang wang" and not having one?

even if the president insist not using the wang2x. its the duty of the PSG not to delay road travel. as u see, PSG is the one making the headline here not the president.

less use/travel on road is less risk for unwanted things to happen. thats it.
