Unsa nay update ani TS? Have you reported this already to the concern department? I hope so.. Though I do not have my own pet, but my sympathy really goes out to those pets and dogs who were treated like this. I think this is too much abusive by the pet owner. I hope TS you got your way already and having this reported already.

I get mad with people for keeping dogs outdoors in small cages. This story really made my blood boil.... it's about time the DENR or the police started taking animal neglect and cruelty seriously.

don't generalize bro... dili man most "adunahan" people in-ana.. hehe. kaila ko daghan well off people who love their pets so much whether its dogs, cats, horses, birds etc.

There are irresponsible owners lang sad like my neighbor nga buhian niya iyang mga askal sa gabii ... then they just roam the streets unya naka paak na ug mga people kapila... pataka lang kalibang mga iro gawas sa among balay then kami pa mu limpyo...
