Time and motivations for me are the things that I need to get me into a better shape. I have this bad habit of starting an exercise regimen but I can't focus to stay for a lenght of time to be able to see results. I can always find an excuse, something else to do. The best exercise for me is walking, I walk to the store and back. Shopping is another form of exercise . You can burn calories by walking isle to isle pushing a shopping cart. Now, here's my motivation!
