Post a video of you singing happy birthday/anniversary and a few sweet lines followed by your sweetest videos together and your favorite song in the background... if you dont have videos, a slideshow would do... how to do it? don't ask me! research it. otherwise pay somebody to do it for you.... then post it in her FB wall or youtube!

Pwede pud a comic strip of both of you...

if she likes animals, give her a puppy! don a tee on the beast with an "I love you" message on it and personalize it with whatever sweet cheesy stuff u wanna put in there...
