Lodyl, why are you getting very personal, my above post has nothing to do with your commentaries. My point is that if big banks can fail in the US, why not a "ragtag" group? TRUST has been floated around the discussions and my point in raising is that TRUST can be baseless foundation when people decide to place their bets. This system I envisage does not function on TRUST. It functions like a manufacturing process with procedures and manuals and standards to follow. Quality check points established and on-line verifications can be done. There is almost ZERO thinking process and is to be "idiot-proof".

Be patient, as I said the "Business Plan" will be released but the timing has to be right. A bank where no deposits are done is indeed mind blowing, leading to the question as to how can you be cheated when you did not deposit anything

making money is the sole purpose of a business, if a bank cant make money, it will not be able to sustain. unsa na lang ni? data-data or dawat-dawat? but even in that model, naa pa jud dili magbayad.

yeah, principles are fine, but we live in a more realistic world that involves taxes, fees, licenses, permits, and everything will require money. i think your talking more of a charity rather than a bank. even coops find it hard to sustain since it cant earn money to support daily operation.

Think, think think, how would you translate this into another application ? Is a Virtual Bank impossible ?? Think out of the box. Mix and Match different kinds of concepts. How do you use ISO process flow in the "banking system"? Don't use the rules you were taught in school, use your own rules... and define a process flow. Do you really need a bank to have a bank ?? What if you open a bank account in another country ?? are you still covered by Philippine Banking Laws ?? Think Global...keep on firing, we need to make sure we are covered in all areas...

TS, ang hate gipasabot nako kay dili sa people but on what those people did... but then, question nimo TS, so sa katong mga tao nga NINGTABLA nimo, wala jud ka nag HATE nila? Bisan gamay nga HATE man lang? So ok ra diay nimo if tablahon lang ka pirmi and you will NOT HATE them?

Everyday, I may have sinned thousands of times...the more you hate the more destruction(sins) you will bring unto yourself. The devil-demons around us give us a bitter and painful, lessons we learn when we are hurt and cheated by others. On the other hand, we can out-wit the demon-devils around us by playing it according to the rules of the Big-Boss, love your enemies, when your enemies strike you on the face, give the other side. Very very very very difficult rule to follow.

Let us see what the Big-Boss will do, if we follow HIS instruction. It is my personal experience that if I follow His rules, I am okey. But when I challenge and cross His rules, I make many blunders. Many things go wrong when I backslide as a sinner. Good thing the Big-Boss is forgiving. Okey, I will try very very very hard not to have hate in my heart and mind.

As He promised, when I am with Him, who can be against me. My role is to follow His instructions so, amen, so be it. So let's see what happens. The Big-Boss is tough, and His rules are tough to follow, but I am happy that with difficult situations I am in, I get to DOWNLOAD many ideas, ideas that I would not have recognized if I did not undergo what I am going through. So many ideas, I don't know which one to do first.

TS, para suggestment lang ba, para dili kaayo LIBOG (Confusing), why won't you place nalang your "business plan" diri then mo comment lang mi if in our little opinion mo work ba na sya or dili, or give suggestions for possible loopholes... THAT IS EXACTLY CORRECT. Everybody knows that. Banks have programs/services/products for OFW's that have Contracts!! What about OFW's without job contracts? If you have none - try visiting them and tell them you don't have a job contract and you will know what kind of "package" they have for you.

Okey, there are banks like you mentioned, so do you have one in the Philippines ? Can you tell us what you know about the Camaan Islands? What do they do? Is there anything we can copy and paste? What can we learn from them?

I presented a "wish-list" of what I would want to have as a bank of my "wish". Are they operating in the same manner and principles?
