Facebook important private message accidentally deleted

I accidentally deleted very important messages thru chat in Facebook, is there any option to restore it? I tried to check on my email but I filtered it SPAM any messages receive from FB, in other words I have no backup

My bad, I was not able to archive it. Is there any program to be installed to recover those messages? I really need it badly. Any solution, please? Thanks.
