with agree with the speed but it's not just about speed this time, because fact is, with efficiency ma sacrifice ang quality. nowadays, it has been an issue (quality of applicants and new hired employees), HR would rather take the long process just to get the cream of the crop not the otherwise (crap)![]()
yes.. That is why the guys in this site are tech based focus. Extremely talented people are in this site. I've registered as a company and I saw tons of talented people in here sa ilang data base. It's really social.. Drecho na mka send ug message.. I invite the candidates to come for a test and It's good.most of them are in fact better than most of my employees.

What I mean is that the site is focused on the technology sector. Though they have jobs related to other areas, not technology focused but the site has a pool of talented people. I mean literally. Plus the the userability of it is way out of its league.
