Liman kag 1 day 1 eat, unya what if nag work pa jud ka, and aside sa work nag work out pa jud: lift weights and cardio exercises? Mag silbi kaha ka anang 1 day 1 eat nimo?
TS, pag calorie deficit diet lang unya pasingot pud nga kanang consistent dili kay gana-gana lang.
gamay lagi na. disciplina lang!
I just could not understand why some people hapit nalng di mo kaon kung mag pagamay, not knowing what they are doing is putting themselves in real danger...ako i tried to reduce weight sa una for employment purposes...yes i dieted, pero i ate what is good only, wa jud ko mo biya ug rice, still eat meat, drink sofdrinks occasionally, pero in controlled manner lang jud, 1 cup rice lunch and dinner, oatmeal for breakfast, fruits...i still eat in fast foods.( sometimes) .yet i loose 30+ lbs in 3 mos...my formula? EAT what is right, EXCERCISE wholeheartedly.and continuosly..dli pang compliance lang..For me lang ha, if i eat complete but regulated and balanced meal, inig gym nako mas greater akong output i last longer on the threadmill, still have energy to do weights, and another round of cardio after, bike or crosstrainer..ig human ok ra gihapon ko dili dead tired..the more output the better results..i tried no rice for about 3 days, nahh reduced output sad..20 mins palang jogging wana..luya na, ineffective kau

balance diet lng jud TS with excercise. No food binges. (mora sad ko corek ani. lol)
magsugod na kog gym next week... pa gamay na ni !!!! haha
My waitline before was 37" stomach 38" weight 185 LBS after more than 1 year of working out in the gym cardio+lifting weights M-W-Sat coupled w/running 12-30K each day T-Th-Sun my waistline now is 32" stomach 31" weight 148 LBS and BTW I'm into proper diet also no more softdrinks,beer&sweets w/c I think made me obese before..........
