sobra ra pud if mahimong special non-working holiday. i agree e declare as a day for anhing Pidol but not to the extent na mahimong non-wroking holiday. daghan na kaayo ta holiday. (not that im complaining)

it wud be okey if the gov't will give 1-day special holiday for dolphy...

pero krn ra jud na nga year.. wla na sa next,next year...
