Thanks Guys. Actually daghan gyud kaayo mga mang duol nako past few weeks worried, confused, angry, and concerned about this law mao na nagpa gawas gyud ko sa akong sentimento ug baruganan starting sunday, then at the citom board meeting on monday. Right after my interview last night on an AM station, LTO director aguilos was also interviewed and made a surprise anouncement that LTO-7 will defer implementing it until middle of december because of the confusion and concerns! Consider it a MINOR and TEMPORARY victory but my ultimate goal is to convince DOTC not to have LTO implement it on the roads. It will be enough if DTI implement it on the helmet stores, only IF the law cannot be killed at all. Its correct to say that the initial intentions were ok but somewhere along the way things definitely went wrong. There were some unclear provisions even in the final RA aproved in 2009! Then the Joint Implementing Rules were released by DOTC / DTI on january 2012 and it became even worse!!!

    JACK THE WACK FOR MAYOR!!!

bitaw, thanks for standing up for the motorcycling community, chief Jack. i hope ma revise nila ni nga bala-od nga dili ang mga consumer ilang hasolon when DTI should have been the one to check og naka pasar ba ni ang quality sa mga helmet gibaligya sa tindahan. speaking of which, mga marokoy nga negosyante ga pahimus sad! fake ICC stickers ga sugod na og proliferate. mao nani ron!

di ,man guro prisohon bro. please check the Helmet Law: Republic Act No. 10054.

d ka presohon kung di ka maghelmet. hihihihi. Its not a crime. I am not defending mr revilla either. Id say i agree with him that helmets are a must. Not for anything else but the driver's safety.

    Salamat Sir Jack!

Ang ubang syudad sa Sugbo kaha? Unsa kaha ilang baruganan ani? So far, ang Cebu City ra man ang kusog nga nisupak ani.
