Right. Lets do this right.

Superman is obviously the stronger of the two(having moved a planet), more durable(he survived Anti-Sun, get that? Anti-sun energies that could literally vaporize a Galaxy at the minimum..and Goku? he cant even survive a planet buster at best..proved by his death when a much weaker Cell self-detonated, and this is after Goku has had some Magic Beans), faster, has better vision, can go to outer space unaided by any breathing apparatus, has the power of the sun in his eyes(that he has used to heat a planet, and used it to almost tag the Flash) and other powers like super intelligence(though not on the level of Luthor or Mr. Terrific, but intelligent enough to do some very fast calculations on complex problems and...stuff).

So, how he beats Goku you ask?

Superman goes into outerspace at superluminal speeds, Goku looses track. Superman using his super vision and hearing, dives down and smacks Goku. I very much doubt Goku would be able to react since he has been hit by someone who isnt even booking lightspeeds(i.e Buu and Chi-chi ).
Anyway, if you saw that scan I posted were he rips through a dead moon, then that pretty much what happens to Goku.

Or Superman could just SUN DIVE, and duke it out with Goku. Superman Sun Dived is pretty much a god. And Superman without the mental blocks, makes Superman unbeatable.(though thats debatable since there are still many characters that could beat him...Silver Surfer for one, the Spectre, Phantom Stranger pretty much mid to high cosmics)

Yeah Superman can breath outerspace... he can move in vaccum space... Do you think Gokou will fight him in outerspace?? Hell No! He's not that stupid. With his training...he knows his limits also (but still he wants to exceed his limts) and he can see the opponents weakness base on the opponents fighting.

And do you think Superman will just wait in space?

Speed?? Since you said he can fly "99.9% speed of light" and you're good in posting pix in comics...Can you show it to me where Superman is fighting in a speed of light?? Cos theirs a different between flying fast and fighting fast. Just because he can fly "99.9% light speed" doesnt' mean he can fight 99.9% light speed. Again you present superman at his best and goku a standing idiot. If your gonna present supes at always his best every microsecond [ which i doubt would ever happen ] of the fight at least give goku the same respect aswell.

Ive seen goku take hits at normal speed, bleed and die. But Ive also seen superman take hits at normal speed too. You measure goku by the feats his enemies did to him than how bout do justice with supes aswell? I remember a certain character named Doomsday breaking superman's arm, stabbing him and make him bleed silly without getting all Anti sun. Guess that millimeter shield aint indestructable. Dunno its confusing with all these inconsistencies. Supes died.

If you go back when Superman was able to actually push planets out of their alignment and stuff (an act which goes against the very laws of physics, with a force that small, no matter how powerful would literally go through the center of the planet rather than move it) then maybe so. Precrisis Supes wins. I hear hes nearing Precrisis level powers again tho im not sure. If he does then Supes does win.

Yes KI blast is a power as doing it with bare hands is. Infact I see KI as the deciding factor of the fight. If Goku went with strength alone hed lose hands down. Your basing the measurement of power on brute physical strength in the comic universe, thats kinda silly. Poor projectile throwers.

We are talking about very different characters that live in very different universes. If they did ever meet I believe Goku would win a the hard earned fight. No insult to those who believe that supes would win and i dont intend to convince you otherwise i respect your opinion well enough.

If I were 8, then perhaps. Though when I was 8, I was an extreme Goku FB. In RP's I would KILL, figuratively speaking, to be Goku. Even if I never looked the part.

I give Goku respect. But, what can he do? Superman goes into space, he cant breathe in space, he doesnt have the vision as well, he is a sitting duck. Superman will just do a light speed orbital dive and beat Goku senseless. Realistically speaking.

And even if he doesnt go into space, he is faster than Goku still and he can just as easily vibrate himself invisible. Again, Goku a sitting duck. He cant use KI sensing on this one because Superman has little or no KI(different universe), and Goku's fighters precog can only do so much.

Goku could use the Solar Flare, but that wouldnt work on Superman. Boy scout dives at the sun, he even keeps his eyes wide open while inside the sun.

Goku's IT could give him some good hits on Superman, but like I've said over and over, Superman is far too durable for Goku's attacks to work.

Well, if you look a couple of pages back, I think I posted scans of him turning the mill wheels of Maggedon whos size dwarfs the Solar System.

I thought post cri superman was in play no superman 1 million/superman prime. My point exactly fastwin. Goku got beat by lesser than his bios would show. Same with supes. Hes got all of that arsenal you claim yet has been hit by far less than supposed to. Again your doing the top feats superman vs the lowest point of goku. IE: Supes with near pre cris power vs goku piccolo battle? How bout SS3? If your gonna make a point at least make the best condition vs the best condition.

Dont even go to if supes battles goku on earth and not fly to space. Hed lose easily. Your actually using less KI as the advatage? Thats pretty funny.

Supes has more examples of his ass getting tagged by slow ass people like the damn Shaggy man then speed blitzes. unlike Goku who speed blitzes in every fight he has.

Besides Santinis right. Whilst i think staff at Wizard magazine as wierdos, i do also respect their ability to gauge characters and their resources for coming up with that conclusion.
