hi good day to all istoryans who will read my post....

i have a phone "sony ericsson xperia acro au by kddi " the japanese version for xperia arc.. I can receb text message and calls,i can also make calls.. NO signal problem for sun,smart, and globe..
THE PROBLEM IS.. I CANNOT SEND TEXT MESSAGES.. I CANT TRANSFER SIM CONTACTS TO THE PHONE.
unit is not rooted .. 2.3.4 GINGERBREAD...

.... can someone please help me with this problem?

basin parehas ni sa galaxy series intl version.. you need to register your number sa imo sim..

try lang daw TS.

kana sa mga daan nga celfon or dual sim myphones or china fons nga naa sa settings nga option "my number"

then input your number didto.

same problem ako na encounter sa ako galaxy note ug lg optimus 3d korean model.... niadto lang ko sa settings tapos gi input ang message center.... palihug ko sulay sir kay na solve man to ako problem basin maka solve sad ni sa imo....

unfortunately you can't solve your problem bro. nakabasa ko ug ing ani nga problem sa una sa lain nga site, if is11s na nga model (from au by kddi carrier), d jud na cya maka send ug sms diri sa pinas kay ang iyang baseband ana is CDMA. tough luck bro

ah ok,,but i could still use the phne function anywz,,hw bout flashing ths to generic firmware or upgrade to ics,will it fx d problm?

Bro flashing to generic might work and upgrade to ICS try to read xdadeveloper naa mga instruction didto para sa rooting/reflashing ng unlocking sa bootloader.
