    Time and motivations for me are the things that I need to get me into a better shape. I have this bad habit of starting an exercise regimen but I can't focus to stay for a lenght of time to be able to see results. I can always find an excuse, something else to do. The best exercise for me is walking, I walk to the store and back. Shopping is another form of exercise . You can burn calories by walking isle to isle pushing a shopping cart. Now, here's my motivation!

    junenine: haha, those two are the most common excuses for not exercising. and yeah, the hardest part is really just getting off the couch. Good luck!

    seeteemahsuu: baby steps, triathlon is a very demanding sport. It is actually very really hard to train for since you have to train for 3 disciplines. You're gonna have to train for 3 hours a day at least, quite impossible for normal people.

    I swim 3 a week, run three times also. I do my core strengthening exercises everyday, 5 am to 5:40 am, it's not voluntary though, I injured my back 5 months ago so now I have to strengthen muscles that support my back. Was once a competitive swimmer, now I think I've been demoted to "recreational" swimmer due to time constraints with studies and other extra-curricular activities. Il'l be getting back to training for competitive swimming this summer, hopefully Il'l be fit enough to do 8 training sessions a week. I hope I get back to shape by then. I also might be doing strength training sometime soon. Hope this works.

    pacey, il'l need a dedicated trainer this summer. someone patient enough, and smart enough to handle me. hehe, bai, team coach mu nako ni bas haha 4 sessions si bas, 4 sessions ka. hehe, i want to get back on form bai. I'm so out of form.

    i play badminton 2-3 times a week, basketball once a week, and i just started going to the gym...

    i'm actually way past the competitive age. i only plan to finish, not win a triathlon event in the "masters" division, which i will be bracketed in a couple of years.
