in my opinion, ok ra mn n cguro as long as its a regulated intake and if it is utilized accordingly... for sedentary lifestyles then this will be a problem, for the physically active - i dont think this is much of an issue, but still needs to be looked at once in a while... grabe sad ko mukaon ug sweets but i feel my testosterone is not really affected... but nice read TS!!![]()
im still a machine, and i ate 2 tbsp of sugar every 2 hours to keep me awake...
