Go! Travel Unlimited knows that to many, travelling is a dream, a luxury that is only for those who can afford it. Through this contest, we are upholding our passion to make travel come true for everyone, including those who cannot afford it BUT TRULY DESERVES it. We would like to give back to that one special and lucky winner who has always been selflessly giving him/herself away in the service of his/her family, friends, company, community or even country. As we expose their stories, we hope to inspire more modern-day heroes to stand out.
Share with us the story of your friend, mother, father, brother, sister, neighbour, teacher or whoever you know who deserves a vacation and let us treat them to an extraordinary Go! Travel Unlimited experience.
WHO CAN JOIN?
a. This Contest is open to all Philippine residents, who are 18 years old and above.
HOW TO JOIN?
a.Download registration and release forms at "http://gotravelunlimited.com/whodeservesavacation"
b. Submit a video that answers the question: "Who Deserves a Vacation?"
c. Your video must feature someone who deserves a vacation (other than you).
d. Upload the video to Youtube and send URL/ Link to
fetafacebook@yahoo.com, with the filled-up and signed Registration and Release forms.
e. Submission of entries is from June 7 to July 22, 2012.
f. All video entries will be screened before posting on Go! Travel Unlimited Facebook Wall website.
g. A confirmation email will be sent to the contestant, to either inform qualification or disqualification of entry
VIDEO ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
a. Video entry length should be a minimum of 30 seconds to a maximum of 2 minutes.
b. Mandatory Component: At the end of the video, you should mention (verbal or written on the screen) this line:
I am (your name) and I believe that my (friend/brother/mother/teacher etc) (name of beneficiary) deserves this ultimate Go! Travel Unlimited experience!
c. Video must be uploaded via Youtube. Send URL/ Link to
fetafacebook@yahoo.com, with the Registration and Release forms.
d. Uploading video on Youtube:
1. Register account at
www.youtube.com; if with existing account, simply sign in.
2. Look for the Upload button on the upper right side of the screen.
3. Click Upload and Browse for the video file.
4. Provide relevant information to the video you are uploading.
5. Uploading time will depend on your file size and internet connection.
6. Wait for the video to go live.
e. All video entries will be screened before posting on Go! Travel Unlimited Facebook wall.
f. Video entry must be the contestant’s original material and must not be used to join any other promo.
g. A participant may send a maximum of three (3) entries, but can only win once in the entire contest.
h. The video must not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to:
a. Obscene, pornographic, or sexually-explicit content or information.
b. Materials which contain information that poses a risk to the health and safety of others
c. Materials which show strong support or opposition to any political or religious group or person
d. Content that is considered offensive to the users, such as those that encourage the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promote harassment, racism, hatred or Discrimination against any group or individual, or provide information which you know are false, misleading, or harmful to any group or individual
e. Materials which are defamatory or libellous in character or those which violate the privacy of any group or individual
f. Materials which infringe upon the right of any third party, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or those which promote the infringement of any party’s intellectual property rights such as providing or advocating the use of pirated music, or providing link to sites which provide it.
i. Video entry should not promote/contain another brand or product directly or indirectly competing with Go! Travel Unlimited
VOTING PROCEDURE
Voting period will be from June 8 to July 24, 2012

Note: Sharing of the video on others? walls is allowed (and is on fact, encouraged) but is not counted as one vote.
JUDGING PROCESS
Winners will be chosen based on the following:

WINNERS:
a. 1 Grand Prize Winner (to be determined by a Panel of Judges)
b. 2 Most Voted Video Winners (Consolation Prizes based on Facebook Popularity)
Each owner of the 2 most voted video entries based on Facebook likes will win Php7,500 and Php5,000 each, according to their popularity rank. In case that the Grand Prize winning entry is also included as one of the entries with the most number of likes, the higher prize prevails.
c. On July 25, 2012, 1:00 PM at the Go! Travel Unlimited Headquarters in Ermita, Manila, all entries shall be screened to get 5 finalists based on the set criteria.
d. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from the finalists. The Consolation Prize winners will be based on the five video entries with the most number of online votes.
e. Judges' decision is final and binding.
f. A participant can only win once in the entire contest. In the event more than one entry of a contestant win, the following rules shall apply:
a. the entry with the higher prize shall prevail;
b. if the entries win similar prizes, the entry garnering the higher rating shall prevail;
c. Should the entries have the same rating, the Judges shall resort to the drawing of lots.

a. Grand Prize Winner (One winner)
An all-expense paid vacation for two (for the featured beneficiary) at any of the top 3 domestic destinations in the Philippines (Boracay / PPS, Palawan / Bohol) and Php10,000 for the owner of the video
Note:
1. The recipient of the all-expense paid trip for two will be the person featured in the winning video, not the owner of the video. The recipient of the Php10,000 is the owner of the video, not the featured beneficiary. 2. Travel Period will be from August 1 to November 30, 2012 3. The winners can only choose ONE (1) among the three destination choices.

Notifying Winners
a. On July 27, 2012, winners will be announced via facebook.com/travelunltd and gotravelunlimited.com
b. Winners shall be notified through registered mail, email and phone call either landline or mobile phone.
Claiming of Prizes
a. Awarding of Prizes will be held on July 31, 2012 at the Go! Travel Unlimited Head Office.
b. Winners who are unable to claim their prizes during the July 31, 2012 awarding may claim their prizes at the Go! Travel Unlimited Head Office at 2F De Leon Building 1151 MH Del Pilar Ermita, Manila upon presentation of registered mail and two (2) Valid IDs.
c. Prizes not claimed within 60 days shall be forfeited in favor of Go! Travel Unlimited.
IMPORTANT
a. All Go! Travel Unlimited employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the contest.
b. Go! Travel Unlimited will have the rights to all submitted videos in the contest. All users will be duly acknowledged for their video entry.
c. Videos may be used for the following: Exhibit, Company’s brochures, posters, billboard, postcards, merchandise, online advertisement, website, web blogs, social networking sites, and other online marketing sites. Go! Travel Unlimited is not allowed to lend or sell these photos for monetary consideration.
d. Winners will be required to document their trip through photos and articles which will be turned over to GTU after their vacation.
