Mao ning kang Michalik? Intensity or Insanity training? Mao ba ani pasabot nimo? I guess with the name itself, it really depends on your pain tolerance as well as your endurance. I've read sa una na Michalik would tri set squat, leg press and stiff leg deads.. Not everyone would have the guts to do that.. I've tried supersetting back and chest and pwerteng kapoya. Push-Pull training. Just my two cents. Censya if out of topic...

I did insanity and finished the entire whole thing. It's better to start building a lil cardio first coz it's very intense.Some people vomited even just doin the fit test alone.This really works especially if you follow the calendar that it came with & proper diet.This is actually how I got my flat stomach back & doin cycle classes.There is a really nice video called les mills pump to get lean,shape ur body or build muscles.I'm about to start it & still do insanity in between for my cardio.Hope this helps
