Open? I just visited in last week, july 7 and it was far from open, no parking lot availabe, so i had to park sa cafa which was a considrable distance away, when i went in the bldg. there was no clear sign on where to go and i felt i was in a maze, and when i went in to the library itself it was still under construction, how can they expect a student to study with all that noise, plus the place is hot and humid, wa pa nila gi on ang aircon,

I think they sholud not declare it open kay wa pa nahuman tsk3x excited pud kaayo sila.
