hi guys.. I'm planning purchase a condo unit next year. any idea asa kanang nice ug location and dili kaayo mahal. bisag gamay ra ug space.. total ako ra man usa.. thanks... or unsai mas nice.. condo or kana jud house and lot?

house and lot nlang bro. Daghan kaayog monthly fees ang condo inig magpuyo na ka like maintenance fees. Daghan pa jud bawal. IMO

gusto kog accessible lang sa city and something na pwede nako mapaabangan and dili bahaon ug prone sa traffic ang location
