Mao nay sakto brad.. may balaud o wala, kung unsay imo gusto, maoy imo buhaton... as long as dili CRIMINAL ACT ang imo gibuhat.

Ang problema man gud, kining helmet law ni bong revilla CRIMINALIZES THE ACT OF NOT WEARING A HELMET.

    this is getting personal... relax.

sa ako lang, di na lang ta i-mandatory kay di man ka affect sa uban tao kung may helmet o wala. Ang rider ra gyud ang affected. Information campaign lang unta buhaton sa govt and let the rider decide for his safety.

naay law or wala i wear helmet because i value my life.

...basin in the future mandatory na sab na mag wear ug condom para di ma taptan ug AIDS.

I was in Dumaguete this weekend and I had a chance to talk with a traffic enforcer. Nagpark man gud ko sa akong motor sa init so ako sa gpabugnaw. It just so happened na didto sad nagpundo ang enforcer. I asked him regarding the helment law. Ingon cya, take it with a grain of salt, si mayor ok cya na maimplement ang balaod but not within the city. Adto ra daw sa highway. He said na as far as statistics is concerned, wla jud kunoy nadisgrasya na nabuak ang ulo sa city. Sa highway ra kuno na nahitabo. Again take this with a grain of salt. Gipost lang nko kung unsa iya gisulti.
