    maglagot ko anang mga foreigner na di mo-respeto sa atong national anthem. lami kaayo labayon ug popcorn, pero sayang man gud ang popcorn kung ilabay sa ila, so kaonon na lang.

    If a person does an unorthodox version of the national anthem they're seen as heretics? They shouldn't bother getting different singers to sing it with the way they want to. They killed the idea of individualistic expression of what this country and that flag stands for.

    This is an old thread. What happened to the bill, was it quashed? I really hate this sort of jingoism, forcing people to stand to attention at the cinema etc is plain ridiculous not mention plastic. The whole thing reeks of dumb. If you want to be a good citizen pay your taxes and take an interest in your local community. Phoney national pride sucks.
