They do look industrious, well disciplined and organized at first glance. Pero wala na silay government, they do have a swarm intelligence or hive mind that's why they seem to work united.



Mag-unay gihapon na sila labi if the queen is dying or naa silay replacement. Then if their queen is gone so is their colony.

Ants show us that governments are not needed if only we can be disciplined and organized.. AND IF WE ARE SENSITIVE ENOUGH TO THINK OF THE FELLOW CITIZEN
