tama.. balanced diet dapat and exercise. ako i started dieting din.. watching what i eat, avoiding too much carbs and i recently started running too. after running, di ko maiwasan, nagugutom talaga ako. instead of having rice, i head to the sandwich guy and have a sandwich instead. masarap naman sya. atleast nawawala ang craving ko sa pag-kain ng madaming madaming kanin. hahaha! control lang din talaga kelangan.
