now the benefit here for students is we can make them more aware about the REALISTIC returns of investment and how money works.
aron mas mo investigate sila if naay "too good to be true, instant millionaire here's my check scheme"
some are real, but we know most are not.

and maka avoid sad sila ug debt traps.

as for me interesado ko kay nag manage mi ug school and I might do this for every graduating class sa college. but someday pa kay I'm not even qualified to speak to a crowd.
Bro, what school? Naa moy tertiary level? Nindot na for college students. That should prepare them after graduation. I actually hope that the government will consider including financial education sa curriculum sa high school and college. Mas maayo pa siguro ning financial education compared sa ubang minor subjects. lol

wala miy tertiary level kay gamay ra amo school. maybe someday hehe.
financial education must start from early elementary up to high school para mapilit jud ang mindset sa student.
basin naa miy program mahimo kay we really can't rely on the gov't for this, someday I will make sure mahitabo ni.

Colayco has a book about financial management for kids in the Philippine setting, I might check that out nya suwayan nako ako anak.

but Im pretty sure one short seminar can help, nya naa ra refresher panagsa to remind them. better that than nothing.
ang kapait lang kay mga offices di kaayo ga value sa power sa workforce nga debt free, so makalimtan jud sa kasagaran pag work na.

Already a member for this establishment but mura jud xa ug MLM sorry ha? but I don't want to hope for nothing that's way I stop attending sa mga seminars na "BY THE WAY BALIK" so I'd rather focus nlng starting my own business and having a mutual fund ani na establishment.... Yes, they are very useful for everyday life for preparations sa future but I don't think working hard to invite people and force them to be a member isn't a good work.... Cause naa rman na gud sa isa ka tao wat if that person isn't good at persuasive Unsai mahitabo? well he won't earn kai wala syay downline under niya swerte sa upline kai mag cge syag earn maski wai gibuhat kai ang mga downline niya cgeg ga lihok... and "BY THE WAY, YOU"LL BE FORCED TO BUY THEIR INSURANCE" na magbayad ka 2081 per month which is for me not that needed if naa nkai insurance na legit.... I'm not saying na dili legit nka apan man gud ang insurance nila kau daghan kaaug business naa pud real estate na nadugog na scammers or mga mangingilad which is the very reason I quit... And transfered my Mutual fund ani na companya directly to citisec...

adto lang sa IMG thread to post your concerns. We don't need to defend it here kay OT na.
also, check your facts before ka pataka ug imply about our partners. I think you are referring to a real estate company nga naay 1 word nga pareha sa partners namo. And I read somewhere here in istorya about their bad customer service but di ko sure about scamming. Pero kay tungod lang naay gamay nga similarity same company na?

Ang amo real estate partners kay Ayalaland, DMCI ug Crownasia. Dili tawon ginagmay amo mga partners diri.

discipline man jud ang lisod. mao murag mas effective jud if elementary pa tudluan na.
apil sa syllabus. it doesnt have to be everyday.. maybe a 1hr class every month? nya naa pud special sessions for the parents. kay mao gihapon if ang bata aware but di ka follow up ang parents, yabo gihapon.

murag uyon ko ani nga bulohaton sa mga bata bro... dapat ang mga teachers cguro ang unahon ug seminar about aning financial awareness bro before nila iapil sa ilang syllabus... like for example sa mother tongue nila nga class sa elementary, ang mga teachers kay niagi pa ani nga seminar before nila gitudlo sa ilang klase... pero kung kani dli mandated sa DepEd dli jud ni nila iapil sa mga teachers...

We have actually done this already, we made a series of lectures to teachers but old habits are too hard to break. Instead of investments and savings, mangita man hinuon ug loans.

This is not what this thread is all about. If you traced this thread from the start, I introduced myself and my affiliation and cleared out that this is for educational and not for business purposes. I have other threads in the business section so I post accordingly.

And to clear things out, our partner companies are Ayala Land, Vista Land, and DMCI Homes. I never heard any complaints about these companies so I don't think that this companies are scam.

If you are referring to Kaiser Estates, no, they are not connected to Kaiser Health Care. So please, get your facts straight.
