i also love burritos and my favorite here in cebu is Burrito Bar in btc... i always order the burrito with barbacoa...

Burrito Bar in BTC is pretty decent. Maya also has something similar which is also very good.

Forget Army Navy. Their burrito is a joke. Go to Burrito Bar at Banilad Town Center. They have the best burrito in town.
