Superman VS Son Gokou

For me you cannot comapre their powers.. in my Manga series and Anime Series..i haven't seen any weaknesses to Gokou except for his tail though...but his tail at GT was his jump start to become a SS4. So it was his weakness anymore.

Superman on the other hand have weaknesses...Kryptonite and Magic. Smiley
He cannot punch down a wall if the wall is protected by magic.

For me Gokou has an edge to it.

At the end of the GT...the new dragon balls was absorbed by Goku's body.....Imagine his powers...he can restore any destruction or any planet destroyed with blink of a eye. Smiley

Superman has been shown to be able to overcome his Magical and Kryptonite weakness.
Took an island destroying nuke while sitting on Kryptonite-laced sand. He didnt loose consciousness nor did he received any injuries.
For example, when Supergirl was controlled by Darkseid, he had to use Kryptonite to beat her without hurting her.
He's also shrug off Etrigan's magical fire, that threw him from Earth all the way to the moon's surface. He also defeated Blaze, a magical being, in her own realm were she controls the reality of that realm.

Also, Goku doesnt know magic, how is that an edge when they're fighting each other?

Any proof on Goku restoring a destroyed planet?

superman's power levels are inconsistent most of the time. supes" rarely" travels 99% speed of light. the bio just shows that it is his maximum speed attainable. and goku's martial arts is superior to superman's kryptonian martial arts.

Superman can attack a person pressure point and stop his movement. Goku just punches and kicks. And when DBZ came, the martial arts aspect seem to have disappeared in place of just overpowering their enemies. Its not anymore the whose skilled wins but who is stronger.

Superman, I think he has yet to die. In Death of Superman, he didnt really died, he just went into a coma and after getting recharged he revived himself.
I really didnt like Death of Superman, I thought it was pretty silly.

Gokou has Shen long's power already...so definitely he can do whatever he wants...
In his SS1, he can give life/energy to a dead animal, or an injured person(Freeza)....how much more if he is SS4 with Shen long's power?? You know Shen Long can undo everything that was destroyed or can bring back people who died at the battle.

Gokou teleported all the people at once from Earth to Namek....is in GT(I know you didn't see it)

my point is, he can go toe to toe w darkseid on one ocassion and then he gets beat the holy crap by batman on the next. major inconsistencies there. you read comics. you know what im talking about. unlike in DBZ where a new opponent arrives much stronger in which the "heroes" then train themselves to become much stronger to overpower/ beat the opponent.

yes, id go w goku's martial arts (he has trained since childhood w the greatest masters from earth to heaven) compared to clark's (which he has learned only in his late teens and not in a consistent manner). and please, thats a mind controlled batman hes applying pressure points to. so easy when u got superspeed around. if he tries doing that to goku, he'll have a hard time.

no, you are wrong, martial arts is still present even in DBZ up. dont get me wrong, i love superman better as a character but the DBz characters dont go well with applied physics. unlike superman.

I know superman is skilled..but for me not as skilled as Gokou...Superman beats a lot of opponents without using brute force.( yeah cos he is doing this "catch the robbers and all that tinniwinni criminals kind of thing") Gokou doesn't buy that, Gokou only fights to those who are world/universal threats.

Are you sure again C'mon now...do some research first bro. Gokou's speed plus his fighting skill...he's really hard to beat.

The thing is with saiyans is that after they're healed or revive from a fight, their power is twice as strong. So if Gokou got hit by superman's laser eyes...gokou eats up his magic beans after, then superman laser eyes won't be much a problem anymore.
