He will be charged of DUI, he shouldnt have been driving in the first place. Him being irresponsible could have ended up to something worst,lucky it was just a scratch and he didnt kill anyone over his stupidity! Why cant just people get a cab when theyre drunk? . Insurance by the way wont cover if they find out that he was drunk so goodluck!
