Stop that habit jud guys coz ako? naadmit na jud ko sa ospital for 1 week. It cost 15,000 in all and imagine for only 3 pesos is the cause. .Then the effect was ..oh my god!

i once had UTI for now changing my pantiliner often.so kailangan clean jud dapat imu e wear and change it often jud.

mka-uti daw na. pero di man ko comfortable if di mag-panty liner(i tried na wala), so i just change my liner 2-4 times a day na lng...

and i use wet tissue na after ko take mangihi.

if ure so used to wearing pantiliner u feel weird without one. but girls do u rmbr the days na wala pa na uso ang pantiliner? we didnt even wear one then.

ako i no longer use pantiliner everyday coz nagka uti ko coz of that. i only use it during the days of my period and abt a day or 2 after.

now i just have to be contented with wiping myself with tissue kung walay wet tissue after i pee. its better than wearing a pantiliner. mas clean p cya. and oh wash myself as mch as i can. pag im at home lng i wash everytime i pee.

pantiliner is a breeding ground for bacteria man sad gud.
