Well if Goku turns into SS4.. and slam superman with gigantic spirit bomb...who knows. Superman doesn't have the speed..goku does. Goku's power sa last episode was equal to the dragon itself. Goku can destroy any planet with a single blast...without a sweat.

its end of DBZ Goku though, GT isnt canon and I dont know much about it.

but regardless, Spirit Bomb only works on beings who are evil, plus the fact that it takes time to gather the Spirit Bomb woudl leave Goku open to any sort of attack from Superman..and even if it did work on just about anyone, Superman has survive being in the centre of an exploding planet and absorbed Anti-Sun energy that is capable of destroying the Galaxy...a Spirit Bomb which is Star System Buster at best, wouldnt be enough to beat Supes down...

Superman btw, inside the Earth, travels at 99% the Speed of Light, Goku doesnt even move that close...a fact that was proved when he uses Instant Transmission to get around places inside the Earth...
